What to include

Write from the email address of your account if it is about your account, and describe what you did and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot.

Common things we help with

• Login trouble, confirmation mails that never arrived, password resets that do not work.
• Questions about posting, access, or why something is still locked for you.
• Payments and receipts, once the lifetime pass exists. Refund questions go here too.
• Deleting your account, or any request about your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for your rights.
• Reporting content that should not be on the site, when the report button is not enough.

For companies

If a question on this site concerns your company and you believe it should not be here, write to the same address with a link to the question. We look at every such request. Interview Radar is not affiliated with any company listed on the site; members post what they were asked in their own interviews.
