Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 July 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Interview Radar. They cover what the service is, what you may do on it, what we may do, and what happens when things go wrong. By creating an account you accept them. Please read them; the short version of almost every section is: post honestly, questions only, and be fair to the people and companies behind them.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Interview Radar (also called "the service", "the site", "we" or "us" in these terms) is a website where people share the questions they were asked in real job interviews, so that others can prepare. The service is operated from Berlin, Germany. You can reach us at any time at michael.amoabeng2015@gmail.com.

These Terms of Use apply to everything you do on the site: visiting public pages, creating an account, posting questions, reading questions, using the report and confirmation buttons, downloading content, and later buying access. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and is part of the deal you accept when you join.

2. Accepting these terms

You accept these terms by ticking the acceptance box when you create your account. If you do not agree with them, do not create an account and do not use the parts of the service that need one. If you use the public pages without an account, the sections of these terms that by their nature apply to visitors (for example the rules on automated access and on our content) still apply to you.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Interview Radar. If you are younger, you may not create an account. By accepting these terms you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. What the service is, and what it is not

Interview Radar is a community collection of interview questions. Members post the questions they were asked in their own job interviews, tagged with the company, the role, the level, the interview stage and the month. Other members read them to know what to expect before they walk in.

The service is questions only. It does not contain answers, model solutions or company internal materials, and it is not a place to publish them. It is also not career advice, legal advice or a promise about any interview: companies change their processes whenever they like, and a question someone was asked last month may never be asked again.

Interview Radar is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any company named on the site. Company names appear only to say where a member had an interview, in the same way you would tell a friend.

4. Your account

You need an account with a working email address and a password to post and to read the full question texts. The email address must be confirmed by clicking the link we send you before you can post. On the site you appear under a randomly generated handle, not your email address.

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens through your account until you tell us it was compromised. One person, one account; do not share an account with others and do not create several accounts to get around the access rules or a block.

5. Access rules, and how they can change

Access to the full question texts is earned or bought; it does not come with signing up alone. The current rule is shown on the site at all times. As of the date above, the rule is: post 3 questions from your own real interviews, and reading opens for you.

We plan to change this model over time, and you accept that we may do so. In particular, the service may switch to a fully paid model in which reading the full question texts requires a one time payment (a lifetime pass), for everyone, including members who previously unlocked access by posting. Posting questions stays possible and welcome in both models, but in the paid model posting alone does not open reading access. We will show the applicable rule clearly on the site. Access earned by posting is a feature of the free growth phase, not a permanent entitlement, and it is not a payment; you have no claim to keep free access if the model changes.

6. Payments, prices and refunds

At the moment there is nothing to buy on Interview Radar; no payment details are collected anywhere on the site. This section applies from the day paid access is switched on.

The lifetime pass will be a one time payment that opens reading access for as long as the service exists. The price, including any applicable VAT, is always shown before you pay. Payments will be handled by a specialist payment provider acting as the seller of record; the provider's own terms will apply to the payment itself, and we never see or store your full card details.

Because the pass gives you immediate access to digital content, you will be asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery, which under EU consumer law means the 14 day withdrawal right ends once access is delivered. Your statutory rights in case of defects stay untouched. If something goes wrong with a payment, write to michael.amoabeng2015@gmail.comand we will sort it out. A "lifetime" pass means the lifetime of the service, not of the buyer; section 13 explains what happens if the service ever shuts down.

7. What you may post

Post only questions from interviews you actually had, in your own words, and tag them honestly. That is the entire value of the site, and it is a condition of using it.

  • Post the question as you remember it being asked, and pick the company, role, level, stage and month truthfully.
  • Do not post answers, model solutions, scoring rubrics, or any document handed to you in confidence.
  • Do not post anything a non disclosure agreement or a confidentiality notice forbids you to share. You are responsible for what you post; if you signed an NDA that covers the interview content, do not post it here.
  • Do not post trade secrets, internal code, internal data or anything else that is obviously company internal information rather than an interview question.
  • Do not post personal data about the people who interviewed you: no names, no descriptions that identify a person, no judgements about individuals.
  • Do not post insults, defamation, discrimination, or content that is illegal in Germany.
  • Do not post invented questions, spam, advertising, or filler text posted only to reach the unlock threshold. We remove such content, and it does not count toward access.

8. What you may not do

  • Do not scrape, crawl, bulk download or otherwise copy the question collection, whether by hand or with tools, beyond your normal personal reading and the download features we offer.
  • Do not resell, republish or redistribute content from the site, and do not build a competing collection out of it.
  • Do not probe, overload or attack the service, try to get around access rules, blocks or rate limits, or access data that is not meant for you.
  • Do not use the service with automated agents or bots, except ordinary search engines reading the public pages.
  • Do not impersonate other people or pretend to speak for a company.
  • Do not use the report or confirmation buttons dishonestly, for example to mass report content you simply dislike.

9. Your content, and the license you give us

You keep whatever rights you have in the text you post. So that the service can work, you grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to store, reproduce, display, format and distribute your posted questions on Interview Radar, including in previews, search results, and downloads offered to members, for as long as the content is on the site. This license also allows us to keep posted questions on the site after you delete your account, in anonymized form with no link back to you, so the collection other members rely on stays whole. Attribution on the site happens under your random handle, or as "former member" after account deletion.

10. Reports and moderation

Every member can report a question. When enough reports come together, the question comes off the site automatically until an admin looks at it and either restores or removes it. We may remove, edit the tags of, or permanently delete any content at any time, and we do not have to check content before it goes live. We are a hosting service for member posted content; if you believe specific content infringes your rights, write to michael.amoabeng2015@gmail.com with a link to the content and an explanation, and we will review it.

11. Blocking and ending accounts

You can delete your account yourself at any time on your account page. Your login and personal data are removed; your posted questions stay in anonymized form as described in section 9 and in the Privacy Policy.

We may block or delete an account that breaks these terms, posts dishonest content, attacks the service or other members, or uses the site in a way the law forbids. Blocking means the account cannot be used until we unblock it. In serious or repeated cases we may delete the account. If you paid for a lifetime pass and we end your account for a breach of these terms, the pass ends with it; a refund is only owed where the law says so.

12. Our content

The design of the site, its name, its logo, its texts written by us, and its software are ours or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them outside the service without our written permission. This does not affect the rights you keep in your own posted content.

13. Availability, changes and shutting down

We run Interview Radar with care, but it is provided without a promised uptime. We may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. If we ever decide to shut the service down for good, we will announce it on the site with reasonable notice. Statutory rights that arise from paid purchases remain unaffected by this section.

14. Disclaimers

The questions on this site are member reports of their own interviews. We do not verify them, and we make no promise that they are accurate, complete, current, or that any of them will appear in your interview. Using the site does not create any advisory relationship. Decisions you make in your job search are yours.

15. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory liability rules such as product liability law. For simple negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties (duties whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible at all and on which you may regularly rely), and in that case only up to the damage that was foreseeable and typical when the contract was made. Beyond that, our liability is excluded. As far as our liability is excluded or limited, this also applies in favour of the people who work on the service.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when features change, when payments launch, or when the law requires it. The date at the top always shows the current version. For changes that meaningfully affect your rights, we will inform you on the site or by email before they take effect. If you continue to use the service after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account at any time.

17. Governing law and where disputes go

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence stay untouched. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

18. Final points

If a part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a rule in one case, that is not a waiver for other cases. These terms are written in English; translations are for convenience only.
